Dear Members,

CLOSURE INTIMATION :- Due to “DIWALI EVE” on 07 Nov 26 (Sat) from 7 PM onwards the Bar & Restaurant will not open for Lunch PITSTOP will however be open upto 1200hrs and all sporting facilities will be functional only in the morning. 08 Nov 2026 (Sunday) will be observed as closed Holiday on account of DIWALI.
TAMBOLA :– 04 NOV 2026 FROM 7:00 PM ONWARDS AT Cariyappa Hall & DIWALI Bumper Tambola will be on14 NOV (SATURDAY) FROM 6.30 PM onwards.

DIWALI CELEBRATIONS & DIWALI SANTHE:- Diwali Celebrations will be held at RSAOI on 07 Nov 2026 (Saturday) from 7:30 PM onwards, featuring a LIVE PERFORMANCE BY ABHIJEET SAWANT (First Indian Idol), followed by a DJ GAURAV. Members are requested to purchase entry tickets from the Reception, RSAOI. The entry ticket will include heavy snacks, dinner and complimentary beverages except beer and wine, which will be available on payment. Entry tickets are non-refundable once sold, except in cases of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances. All amenities incl restaurants will be closed after 3.30PM due to the event.

(10.2) Children below 12 yrs – ₹400/- (each) + ₹200 Diwali Raffle ticket

YOGA CLASSES:- Yoga classes have commenced at the Wellness Studio. Timings: 5:00 PM – 6:00PM Frequency: 5 days a week Monthly Charges: ₹1,500/-Instructor: Ms. Ennette D’Souza. Registration is open for interested members.
ADVISORY :-
(12.1) CAR STICKER :- All members are requested to show the membership card to the security and prove their identity. All members are also requested to put the Car stickers on the vehicle. Vehicles w/out stickers will not be permitted to be parked in RSAOI, All members are requested to co -operate.
(12.2) NO FEEDING OF STRAY DOGS :- In the interest of maintaining a clean, safe, and harmonious environment for all members and visitors, feeding of stray dogs within or around the RSAOI premises is strictly prohibited.
(12.3) RSAOI DRESS CODE :- All members are requested to ensure that guests accompanying are in RSAOI, dress code.
SPARSH OUTREACH PROGRAMME (PCDA):- The SPARSH Outreach Programme scheduled for 04 & 05 Nov 2026 has been cancelled until further notice.

BANQUET HALL RENOVATION – 50 EMGEE and Cavalier is undergoing renovation. Hence, there will not be any bookings in the month of Nov 2026.
CMS – TRANSITION TO NEW SOFTWARE:- The institute is in the process of switching over to new software shortly due to which certain initial teething issues are visualised to crop up. Members are kindly requested to bear with same. Our endeavour is to improve the services towards betterment of the Institute.
HINDI MOVIE:- There will be no Screening of HINDI Movie on 07 Nov (sat) being DIWALI EVE and 08 Nov (Sun) be Closed.
