1.TOMBOLA :-
(a) TOMBOLA – 07 OCT 2026 FROM 7:00 PM ONWARDS AT 50 EMGEE.

Note : –
(a) Online / Phone movie booking opens @ 4 PM on Wednesday.
(b) Guest Charge ₹150/- per seat will be deducted from card.
(c) No cancellation within 3 hours.
(d) Non occupancy penalty ₹200/- will be deducted from card.
(e) Movie Trailer can be seen by clicking Play button on the Poster.
(f) Ticket scanning is Mandatory, if not scanned before 15 min of Movie show time, penalty of ₹200 will be charged.
(g) Members arriving after 6:15 PM may have their seats reassigned to waitlisted members.

6.YOGA CLASSES:- Yoga classes have commenced at the Wellness Studio w.e.f. 17 OCT 2026.Timings: 5:00 PM – 6:00PM Frequency: 5 days a week Monthly Charges: ₹1,500/-Instructor: Ms. Ennette D’Souza Registration is open for interested members.
7.CHANGE IN OFFICE WORKING HOURS:- All RSAOI Members Are requested to approach the RSAOI office for any enquiries, Bookings, or other office-related matters during the following working hours: Monday to Saturday: 9:30 Am To 5:30pm Lunch Break: 2:00 Pm To 2:30 Pm. Sunday: 9:30 Am To 2.00 Pm. Members Are Requested To Kindly Adhere To The Above Timings for their convenience and to ensure smooth functioning of the office. your cooperation is solicited.
8.GARBA SANTHE :– Garba will Be Celebrated At RSAOI, Cricket Ground, On Sunday, 18 October 2026 from 7.30PM onwards, With Live Band & DJ. Details of entry tickets is as under: –
Member – ₹600(each) (Member/Dependents)
Children below 12 yrs – ₹200 (each)
Civ/Guest chs per head – ₹800
A Garba Santhe is also being organised in connection with the celebrations as per the details below:
SANTHE DATES: 14 OCTOBER 2026 TO 17 OCTOBER 2026.
(a) ₹3,500/- per stall for stalls put up and manned by RSAOI members.
(b) ₹4,000/- per stall if the stall is manned by a person other than a member
(c) Stall Allotment: Only one stall per Member will be permitted, on a first-come, first Serve basis.
(d) Payment: The stall charges will be deducted through the Member’s Membership Card at the RSAOI Reception.
(e) Road Leading from PIT STOP to South Parade
(f) Limited Stalls: The number of stalls is limited. Members are advised to register early to avoid disappointment.
(g) Members interested in putting up a stall are requested to register at the RSAOI Reception at the earliest.
9.ADVISORY :-
All members are requested to show the membership card to the security and prove their identity. All members are also requested to put the Car stickers on the vehicle. Vehicles w/out stickers will not be permitted to be parked in RSAOI, All members are requested to co -operate.
10.NO FEEDING OF STRAY DOGS :- In the interest of maintaining a clean, safe, and harmonious environment for all members and visitors, feeding of stray dogs within or around the RSAOI premises is strictly prohibited.
11.SWIMMING POOL SUBSCRIPTION :- To make the Swimming Pool more attractive and accessible to members and their dependents, the monthly charges of ₹250/- have been waived off w.e.f. 01 October 2026. Members and their dependents are encouraged to make full use of the facility.
