Dear Members,
Maj Gen Bharat Mehtani, GOC HQ K & K SUB AREA, Patron RSAOI, Brig Vikas Khanna, Chairman, Brig Jose Abraham, Vice Chairman, Col Vinoo Abraham (Retd), Secretary and Staff wishes all Members and their families a Very Happy “VIJAYA DASHMI”.
1. CLOSURE INTIMATION – All amenities, will remain closed on 18 October 2026 (Sunday) evening on account of Dandiya Celebrations. All other amenities excluding Movie Moksha will be available upto 1500 hrs only.
19 October 2026 (Monday) will be observed has closed Holiday on account of Vijaya Dashami.
2. TOMBOLA :-
(a) TOMBOLA – 14 OCT 2026 FROM 7:00 PM ONWARDS AT 50 EMGEE.
(b) BUMPER TOMBOLA – Bumper Tombola on 18 Oct 2026 (Sun) from 11:00am Onwards at Cariappa Hall.
3. ENGLISH MOVIE – THE HUNT FOR RED OCTOBER.

Note : –
(a) Online / Phone movie booking opens @ 4 PM on Wednesday.
(b) Guest Charge ₹150/- per seat will be deducted from card.
(c) No cancellation within 3 hours.
(d) Non occupancy penalty ₹200/- will be deducted from card.
(e) Movie Trailer can be seen by clicking Play button on the Poster.
(f) Ticket scanning is Mandatory, if not scanned before 15 min of Movie show time, penalty of ₹200 will be charged.
(g) Members arriving after 6:15 PM may have their seats reassigned to waitlisted members.

7. YOGA CLASSES:- Yoga classes have commenced at the Wellness Studio. Timings: 5:00 PM – 6:00PM Frequency: 5 days a week Monthly Charges: ₹1,500/-Instructor: Ms. Ennette D’Souza Registration is open for interested members.
8. CHANGE IN OFFICE WORKING HOURS:- All RSAOI Members Are requested to approach the RSAOI office for any enquiries, Bookings, or other office-related matters during the following working hours: Monday to Saturday: 9:30 Am To 5:30pm Lunch Break: 2:00 Pm To 2:30 Pm. Sunday: 9:30 Am To 2.00 Pm. Members Are Requested To Kindly Adhere To The Above Timings for their convenience and to ensure smooth functioning of the office. your cooperation is solicited.THE PALM FROM 7.30 P
9. ADVISORY :- All members are requested to show the membership card to the security and prove their identity. All members are also requested to put the Car stickers on the vehicle. Vehicles w/out stickers will not be permitted to be parked in RSAOI, All members are requested to co -operate.
10. KIRLOSKAR GEN SET 125KVA :- New Gen set has been installed for Roth Guest Room.
11. NO FEEDING OF STRAY DOGS :- In the interest of maintaining a clean, safe, and harmonious environment for all members and visitors, feeding of stray dogs within or around the RSAOI premises is strictly prohibited.
12. SWIMMING POOL SUBSCRIPTION :- To make the Swimming Pool more attractive and accessible to members and their dependents, the monthly charges of ₹250/- have been waived off w.e.f. 01 October 2026. Members and their dependents are encouraged to make full use of the facility.
13. BOOK CLUB MEET – 15 Oct 2026 Thu @ 5:00 PM at Cavalier. For more details contact Gp Capt AK Sachdev (Retd) at 9886957557.
14. DANDIYA PRACTICE SESSION – An instructor has been hired for members to avail the dandiya practice session on 16 Oct 2026 & 17 Oct 2026 from 5 pm to 6 pm. No fees.
15. CRICKET MATCH – Cricket match an exhibition Cricket match is being organised between Bangalore club and RSAOI, Bangalore. All members who have played cricket to a reasonable level to contact Secy, RSAOI.
16. GARBA SANTHE :- Santhe is being org from 14 Oct 26 to 17 Oct 2026, from 10.00 hrs to 20.00 hrs. All members are requested to avail this shopping opportunity at various stalls.
(a) ₹3,500/- per stall for stalls put up and manned by RSAOI members.
(b) ₹4,000/- per stall if the stall is manned by a person other than a member
(c) Stall Allotment: Only one stall per Member will be permitted, on a first-come, first Serve basis.
(d) Payment: The stall charges will be deducted through the Member’s Membership Card at the RSAOI Reception.
(e) Road Leading from PIT STOP to South Parade
(f) Limited Stalls: The number of stalls is limited. Members are advised to register early to avoid disappointment.
(g) Members interested in putting up a stall are requested to register at the RSAOI Reception at the earliest.
17. DANDIYA EVE :- Dandiya Eve being celebrated in RSAOI Cricket grounds from 7.30PM onwards on 18 Oct 2026. Members requested to purchase tickets. Members are also requested to bring the Dandiya Sticks. However, few will be made available at RSAOI on payment. Dress – Garba theme/ traditional/ Smart casuals. Each member is permitted to get max 4 guests. Entry by ticket only for all. Tickets available at Reception, RSAOI.
Member/Dependents – ₹600/-(each)
Children below 12 yrs – ₹200/- (each)
Civ/Guest charge per head – ₹800/-
