Note : –
(a) Online / Phone movie booking opens @ 4 PM on Wednesday.
(b) Guest Charge ₹150/- per seat will be deducted from card.
(c) No cancellation within 3 hours.
(d) Non occupancy penalty ₹200/- will be deducted from card.
(e) Movie Trailer can be seen by clicking Play button on the Poster.
(f) Ticket scanning is Mandatory, if not scanned before 15 min of Movie show time, penalty of ₹200 will be charged.
(g) Members arriving after 6:15 PM may have their seats reassigned to waitlisted members.
5. KARAOKE EVENING:- Karaoke evening by Team Retro Bangalore ON 31 Oct (Sat) at “OPEN DECK” from 7.30PM onwards. Members are also encouraged to showcase there talent in the evening

7. YOGA CLASSES:- Yoga classes have commenced at the Wellness Studio. Timings: 5:00 PM – 6:00PM Frequency: 5 days a week Monthly Charges: ₹1,500/-Instructor: Ms. Ennette D’Souza. Registration is open for interested members.
8. ADVISORY :-
(8.1) CAR STICKER :- All members are requested to show the membership card to the security and prove their identity. All members are also requested to put the Car stickers on the vehicle. Vehicles w/out stickers will not be permitted to be parked in RSAOI, All members are requested to co -operate.
(8.2) NO FEEDING OF STRAY DOGS :- In the interest of maintaining a clean, safe, and harmonious environment for all members and visitors, feeding of stray dogs within or around the RSAOI premises is strictly prohibited.
(8.3) RSAOI DRESS CODE :- All members are requested to ensure that guests accompanying follow the dress code as applicable in a Officers Mess.
9. DIWALI CELEBRATIONS & DIWALI SANTHE:- Diwali Celebrations will be held at RSAOI on 07 November 2026 (Saturday) from 7:30 PM onwards, featuring a LIVE PERFORMANCE BY ABHIJEET SAWANT (First Indian Idol), followed by a DJ GAURAV. Members are requested to purchase entry tickets from the Reception, RSAOI. The entry ticket will include heavy snacks, dinner and complimentary beverages except beer and wine, which will be available on payment. Entry tickets are non-refundable once sold, except in cases of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances. All amenities incl restaurants will be closed after 3.30PM due to the event.
10. Ticket Charges:-
(10.1) Member/Dependents – ₹800/-(each) + ₹200 Diwali Raffle ticket
(10.2) Children below 12 yrs – ₹400/- (each) + ₹200 Diwali Raffle ticket
(10.3) Serving/retired non-members/reciprocal – ₹1200/- (each)
(10.4) Civ/Guest charge per head – ₹1500/-(each)
(10.5) Guest Children below 12 yrs -₹600/- (each)
11. Diwali Santhe :- will be held from 28 October to 07 November 2026. Only members are permitted to put up stalls at a one-time payment of ₹3,500 per stall. In case the stalls are manned by non-members, the charges are ₹4,000 per stall. Only one stall per member is permitted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Payment will be deducted through the membership card at the Reception, RSAOI. Registration has already commenced, and limited stalls are available.

SPARSH OUTREACH PROGRAMME (PCDA):- The SPARSH Outreach Programme will be held on 04 & 05 November 2026, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Multi-Purpose Hall, PCDA Bengaluru, to facilitate the identification and resolution of grievances of SPARSH pensioners and family pensioners, along with the Digital Life Certificate Campaign 5.0.
