Note : –
(a) Online / Phone movie booking opens @ 4 PM on Wednesday.
(b) Guest Charge ₹150/- per seat will be deducted from card.
(c) No cancellation within 3 hours.
(d) Non occupancy penalty ₹200/- will be deducted from card.
(e) Movie Trailer can be seen by clicking Play button on the Poster.
(f) Ticket scanning is Mandatory, if not scanned before 15 min of Movie show time, penalty of ₹200 will be charged.
(g) Members arriving after 6:15 PM may have their seats reassigned to waitlisted members.

6. YOGA CLASSES:- Yoga classes have commenced at the Wellness Studio w.e.f. 17 Sep 2026.Timings: 5:00 PM – 6:00PM Frequency: 5 days a week Monthly Charges: ₹1,500/-Instructor: Ms. Ennette D’Souza Registration is open for interested members.
7. CHANGE IN OFFICE WORKING HOURS:- ALL RSAOI MEMBERS ARE REQUESTED TO APPROACH THE RSAOI OFFICE FOR ANY ENQUIRIES, BOOKINGS, OR OTHER OFFICE-RELATED MATTERS DURING THE FOLLOWING WORKING HOURS: MONDAY TO SATURDAY: 9:30 AM TO 5:30PM LUNCH BREAK: 2:00 PM TO 2:30 PM. SUNDAY: 9:30 AM TO 2.00 PM. MEMBERS ARE REQUESTED TO KINDLY ADHERE TO THE ABOVE TIMINGS FOR THEIR CONVENIENCE AND TO ENSURE SMOOTH FUNCTIONING OF THE OFFICE. YOUR COOPERATION IS SOLICITED.
8.LIVE MUSIC :- LIVE PERFORMANCE BY SINGER ANAGHA AT THE PALM FROM 7.30 PM ONWARDS ON 03 OCT 2026.
9. ADVISORY :-
All members are requested to show the membership card to the security and prove their identity. All members are also requested to put the Car stickers on the vehicle by 30 Sep 2026. Vehicles w/out stickers will not be permitted to be parked in RSAOI, campus beyond 30 Sep 2026. All members are requested to co -operate.
10. NO FEEDING OF STRAY DOGS :- In the interest of maintaining a clean, safe, and harmonious environment for all members and visitors, feeding of stray dogs within or around the RSAOI premises is strictly prohibited.
11. SWIMMING POOL SUBSCRIPTION :- To make the Swimming Pool more attractive and accessible to members and their dependents, the monthly charges of ₹250/- have been waived off w.e.f. 01 October 2026. However Medical Certificate is required to be submitted as before. Members and their dependents are encouraged to make full use of the facility.
12. WEEKEND SPECIAL :- 3rd Oct 2026 (FRI) & 4th Oct 2026 (Sat) and 5th Oct 2026 (SUN).
