1. CLOSURE INTIMATION: – RSAOI, including all amenities, will remain closed on 14 Sep 2026 (Monday) on account of Ganesh Chaturthi, and from 3 PM onwards on 16 Sep 2026 (Wednesday) on account of a VIP Visit.
2. TOMBOLA –
(a) Tombola – 09 Sep 2026 from 7:00 PM onwards at 50 Emgee.
(b) Bumper Tombola – Bumper Tombola on 13 Sep 2026 (Sun) from 11:00AM onwards at Swimming Pool.
3. ENGLISH MOVIE – SEVEN BRIDES FOR SEVEN BROTHERS

(a) Online / Phone movie booking opens @ 4 PM on Wednesday.
(b) Guest Charge ₹150/- per seat will be deducted from card.
(c) No cancellation within 3 hours.
(d) Non occupancy penalty ₹200/- will be deducted from card.
(e)Movie Trailer can be seen by clicking Play button on the Poster.
(f)Ticket scanning is Mandatory, if not scanned before 15 min of Movie show time, penalty of ₹200 will be charged.
(g) Members arriving after 6:15 PM may have their seats reassigned to waitlisted members.

7. SAPPERS NITE :- MEG & Centre is hosting “Sappers Nite” for all members of RSAOI ON 26 Sep 2026. An evening filled with FUSION BAND, MUSIC & DANCE. SAVE THE DATE FOR THE EVENT. Entry free for all members, Guest charges as applicable.
8. BOOK CLUB MEET:- 17 Sep 2026 Thu @ 5:00 PM at Cavalier. For more details contact Gp Capt AK Sachdev (Retd) at 9886957557.
9. YOGA CLASSES:- Yoga classes are commencing at wellness studio from 16 Sep 2026. Timing 5 – 6 PM. 5 Days a week, Charges ₹1500/- per month. Instructor Miss Ennette Dsouza. Further regn is open for members.
10. INFRA UPDATE :-
- New Arabian Grill has been procured and Grill dishes available in the Restaurants.
- New fountain at the palm installed.
- Bone China crockery introduced in all restaurants.
- Approx 150 Sapling/Plants have been planted in RSAOI, premises.
11. GRATITUDE LUNCH :- A Cricket match was organised for RSAOI Staff on 01 Sep 2026 followed by Lunch. All staff attended the function.
