1. CLOSURE INTIMATION – On 15th Aug 2026 (SAT), RSAOI incl all amenities will be closed on account of 80th Independence Day. No Member will be allowed to park their vehicles inside the premises of RSAOI.
2. TOMBOLA
(a) Tombola – 05 Aug 2026 from 7:00 PM onwards at 50 Emgee.
(b) Bumper Tombola – Bumper Tombola on 09 Aug 2026 (Sun) from 11:00AM onwards at Cariappa Hall
3. ENGLISH MOVIE – CASABLANCA

(c) ENTRY – NO ENTRY FEE FOR MEMBERS.

(ii) Vacant Seats will be on First Come First Serve Basis.
Note :-
(a) Online / Phone movie booking opens @ 4 PM on Wednesday.
(b) Guest Charge ₹150/- per seat will be deducted from card.
(c) No cancellation within 3 hours.
(d) Non occupancy penalty ₹200/- will be deducted from card.
(e) Movie Trailer can be seen by clicking Play button on the Poster.
(f) Ticket scanning is Mandatory, if not scanned before 15 min of Movie show time, penalty of ₹200 will be charged.
(g) Members arriving after 6:15 PM may have their seats reassigned to waitlisted members.
6. OFFICE TIMING NOTICE: – RSAOI Members are requested to approach the office for any enquires/Bookings during the working hours ie 10 AM to 5 PM, (2.30 PM to 3.00 PM Lunch Break) Your co-operation is Solicited.

8. INDEPENDENCE DAY:– Independence Day BALL EVE is being organised on 12 Aug 2026. Musical Band “ZEHEN” will be performing Live followed by DJ at Cariappa Hall from 7.30 PM onwards. Entry tkt for members is ₹500/– and Children below 12yrs is ₹300/-.(Snacks & Dinner inclusive) Sponsored whiskey is inclusive of Entry ticket. Beer, wine and other drinks will be available on payment. Entry to RSAOI on 12th Aug 2026 evening is restricted to Members and their guest who are attending the independence day function only. All other facility incl restaurants will be closed in the evening. Guest charges for the event is, Adult ₹700/– and Children below 12yrs ₹500/-.

10. YOGA CLASSES : – Yoga classes for members and dependents are being planned. All interested are requested to register at the reception.
