Maj Gen VT Mathew, AVSM, YSM, GOC HQ K & K Sub Area, Patron RSAOI, Brig Ranjeet Alva, SM, Chairman, Brig Jose Abraham, Vice Chairman, Col Mario D’Monty (Retd), Secretary, Lt Col Rajkumar Erangodath (Retd), Assistant Secretary and Staff wish all Members and their Families a “HAPPY NEW YEAR 2026”.
NOTICE –
(a) 28 Dec (Sun) – RSAOI will open till lunch.
(b) 29 Dec (Mon) to 31 Dec (Wed) – RSAOI closed for Preparation of New Year Eve Ball.
(c) All sports facility will be closed from 28 Dec (Sun) post lunch to 31 Dec (Wed) for Security Reasons.
(d) 01 Jan 2026 (Thu) – Closed for Financial Year closing and administrative purpose.
1. NEW YEAR CELEBRATIONS: – Detailed programmes as follows: –
(a) Date and Time – 31 Dec (Wed) @ 7:30 PM.
(b) Venue – Cricket Ground.
(c) Dress – As per RSAOI Dress code (Torn Jeans / Pyjamas / Ethnic dress are NOT allowed).
(d) Entry Tickets (Limited Qty 2000) : –
(i) Individual Tickets – Rs 800/-.
(ii) Guest / Non-Members / Reciprocal Members – Rs 2000/-.
(iii) Member and Guest Children below 12 Yrs – Entry Free.
Note: – Booking of Tickets open. NO REFUND.
(e) Tickets will include Snacks and beverages.
(f) Last date to book entry tickets – 31 Dec 2025 @ 1200Hrs. Thereafter no tickets will be sold. The ticket counter shall remain open on 30 December (Tuesday) between 10 AM and 7 PM.
(g) Dinner will be optional. Members / Guest desirous to having dinner will have to ‘PRE BOOK’ their dinner. Details as follows: –
(i) Cost per person – Rs 500/- (Separate Coupon) NO REFUND.
(ii) Last date to pre book dinner coupon 30 Dec 2025 @ 12:00Hrs.
(iii) Venue – South Parade from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM only.

(j) Events – The program starts at 8 PM. NO ENTRY INTO THE VENUE (CRICKET GROUND) BEFORE 7 PM. Details of artists performing is as follows:
(i) Band – Blue Mountain High.
(ii) DJ – DJ Gaurav.
(k) Entry for the New Year Eve Ball: –
(i) Gate No 1 – Kamraj Road.
(ii) Gate No 2 – M G Road.
(iii) Gate No 4 – GPC CSD, M G Road.
(iv) Gate No 5 – Cubbon Road.
(l) Parking – 31 Dec (Wed) –
(i) NO VEHICLES ARE PERMITTED WITHIN THE PREMISES OF RSAOI FOR SECURITY REASONS, INCLUDING DD VEHICLES AND THOSE OF GUEST ROOM OCCUPANTS.
(ii) Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw Parade Ground.
(iii) GPC CSD Parking at Gate No 4 opp to Mayo Hall.
Note :-
(aa) A SHORT PATHWAY HAS BEEN CREATED TO PROVIDE INTER-CROSS ACCESS BETWEEN MANEKSHAW PARADE GROUND AND RSAOI GATE NO. 1.
(ab) RSAOI guards and CMP will be directing the traffic, Kindly Cooperate.
(m) IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS: –
(i) Entry will be permitted only after producing Membership card and Ticket. NO MEMBERSHIP CARD / TICKET – NO ENTRY.
(ii) Member and Guest Children below 12 Yrs must carry Age proof.
(iii) Wrist Bands will be given to each Member, dependents and Guests at entrance, which will be worn throughout event. In case found tampered, fresh entry ticket would have to be purchased. NO RELAXATION ON THIS ASPECT.
(iv) Guest to be accompanied with Primary Members only. Member will be responsible for the conduct of their Dependents and Guests.
(v) Children below 21 Yrs will not be served alcohol. Parents to check their children.
(vi) Service at the venue will only commence from 7:45 PM onwards. Members to co-operate with staff.
(vii) The Secretary has been delegated the authority to ask any Member/guest to leave the premises in-case of any act of indiscipline.
(viii) The Staff and Mgmt has the right to refuse drinks to any Member / Dependent / Guest found intoxicated.
(ix) RSAOI will not be held responsible for loss of Valuables/Injury caused due to accidents within or outside the premises of RSAOI.
(x) Gate Crashers will be charged 6 Times the value of the Ticket as given in the Bye Law of RSAOI.
(xi) The RSAOI will not take responsibility of dropping Members home after the event. No rooms are vacant on 31 Dec 2025.
(xii) Metro will be in service till 01:30 AM.
(xiii) The MG Road will be closed for Veh traffic from 7 PM onwards, by the Bangalore Traffic Police. Members are requested to come accordingly. No refund of tickets will be done by RSAOI to Members, in-case of Traffic Jams etc.
(xiv) Members are requested to get chauffeurs / Cab / Car Pool to attend the function. Traffic Police would be charging heavy penalties for drinking and driving.
(xv) The aim of New Year celebration is to enjoy the evening and welcome the New Year. RSAOI, desires that all Members and guest reach home safely after the events.
(xvi) Medical first aid will be available in-situ.
(xvii) The entire area will be under CCTV Surveillance and QRT for Security Reasons.
