1. PRESENTATION :- The Presentation on The Army Town and Its Tales of Bangalore Cantonment (The glorious path and what lies behind the history of Bangalore Cantonment of the past to its present) by Miss Raksha Nagaraj and Mr Varun Khanna. Details as follows: –
(a) Date – 06 Dec 2025.
(b) Time – 1600 Hrs.
(c) Venue – Movie Hall.
(d) Entry – Free for Members.
2. GET-TOGETHERS: – Course get-togethers / Units’ get-togethers of Non local units the following Venues will be given at the following rates: –
(a) Machan – Rs 750/- (20 Pers).
(b) Cavalier – Rs 1000/- (25 Pers).
3. ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION 2026: – Members are kindly requested to ensure adequate balance in their Smartcards/RSAOI Wallet and give consent at the RSAOI Reception for automatic deduction of the Annual Subscription 2026.
4. TAMBOLA –
(a) Tambola – 03 Dec (Wed) from 7:00 PM onwards at Cariappa Hall.
(b) Bumper Tambola – 07 Dec (Sun) from 11:00 AM onwards at Swimming Pool.

6. HINDI MOVIE: – TERE ISHK MEIN

(i) 06 Dec (Sat) – 6:30 PM.
(ii) 07 Dec (Sun) – 3:00 PM & 6:30 PM.
(c) ENTRY – NO ENTRY FEE FOR MEMBERS.

(ii) Vacant Seats will be on First Come First Serve Basis.
Note :-
(a) Online / Phone movie booking opens @ 4 PM on Wednesday.
(b) Guest Charge Rs 150/- per seat will be deducted from card.
(c) No cancellation within 3 hours.
(d) Non occupancy penalty Rs 200/- will be deducted from card.
(e) Movie Trailer can be seen by clicking Play button on the Poster.
(f) Ticket scanning is Mandatory, if not scanned before 15 min of Movie show time, penalty of Rs 200 will be charged.
(g) Members arriving after 6:15 PM may have their seats reassigned to waitlisted members.
7. XMAS SANTHE – Xmas Santhe will be organised in RSAOI from 17 Dec 2025 to 26 Dec 2025.
8. CHILDREN CHRISTMAS PARTY : 21 Dec (Sun) – Gifts will be handed over at the RSAOI Office between 15 and 20 December 2025.
9. NEW YEAR EVE CELEBRATIONS :- NEW YEAR EVE TICKETS OPEN FOR SALE.
(a) All-Inclusive Entry Ticket Rates :-
(i) Single Offr / Parents / Son / Daughter (RSAOI Bangalore Card holder / Dependent Card holder) – Rs. 1,600/- per head.
(ii) Couple (RSAOI Bangalore Card holders) – Rs. 3,200/- (2 x pers).
(iii) Couple (RSAOI Bangalore Card holders) with One Child – Rs. 4,500/- (3 x pers).
(iv) Couple (RSAOI Bangalore Card holders) with Two Children – Rs. 6,000/- (4 x pers).
(v) Serving / Retired (Non-Member of RSAOI Bangalore) / Reciprocal Members – Rs. 4,000/- per head.
(vi) Civilian Guests & Non-Dependent – Rs. 4,500/- per head.
(vii) Children above 5 Yrs to below 10Yrs (For Civilian guest child) – Rs. 1,200/- per head.
Note – Last date of sale entry Ticket – 28 Dec 2025 @ 6:00 PM. Thereafter no request will be entertained.
