Dear Members,
1. TAMBOLA –
(a) Tambola – 29 Oct (Wed) from 7:00 PM onwards at Cariappa Hall.
(b) Tambola – 02 Nov (Sun) from 11:30 AM onwards at Swimming Pool.
2. GHAZAL NITE :- Ghazal Nite by Deepti Prasanna and team will be organised on 01 Nov (Sat) @ 7:00 PM at Band Stand.
3. ENGLISH MOVIE – THE CORRESPONDENT
(a) STARRING – Richard Roxburgh, Julian Maroun, Rahel Romahn
(b) DATE & TIME – 30 Oct (Thu) – 6:30 PM.
4. HINDI MOVIE: – THAMMA
(a) STARRING – Vinod Suryavanshi, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Ayushmann Khurrana
(b) DATE & TIME –
(i) 01 Nov (Sat) – 6:30 PM.
(ii) 02 Nov (Sun) – 3:00 PM & 6:30 PM.
(c) ENTRY – NO ENTRY FEE FOR MEMBERS.
(i) To Reserve Call 7899134659 or 9900232500.
(ii) Vacant Seats will be on First Come First Serve Basis.
Note :-
(a) Online movie booking opens @ 4 PM on Wednesday.
(b) Guest Charge Rs 150/- per seat will be deducted from card.
(c) No cancellation within 3 hours.
(d) Non occupancy penalty Rs 200/- will be deducted from card.
(e) Movie Trailer can be seen by clicking Play button on the Poster.
(f) Ticket scanning is Mandatory, if not scanned before 15 min of Movie show time, penalty of Rs 200 will be charged.
(g) Members arriving after 6:15 PM may have their seats reassigned to waitlisted members.
5. GET-TOGETHERS: – Course get-togethers / Local units’ get-together’s/ Single ladies’ get-together’s the following Venues will be given at the following rates: –
(a) Machan – Rs 750/- (20 Pers).
(b) Cavalier – Rs 1000/- (25 Pers).
Note :-
(a) Machan from Monday to Friday (Tuesday Holiday).
(b) Cavalier All days (Tuesday Holiday).
(c) Incase Cavalier is booked by Members in adv the Bayonet Annexe will be allotted, it can accommodate up to 25 pers and has a dedicated bar.
(d) More than 20 pers as per Bye law, the host have to arrange for their own liquor.
(e) There has to be a nodal officer to do the bookings / clear all payments.
6. MUSICAL EVENING :- RSAOI is hosting the Jim Reeves of Bangalore. Request Members attend this musical evening with family and Friends, details as follows :-
(a) Date :- 22 Nov (Sat).
(b) Time :- 7 PM.
(c) Venue :- Cariappa Hall.
(d) Artist :- Mr Sudhakar Jayaraj and The Bangalores Best.
(e) Entry :- Free for Members, Guest as per norms.
(f) Note :- Bar / Live Food counter will be available at the venue.
7. RETRO MUSICAL EVENING :- RSAOI is org a Retro musical evening details as follows :-
(a) Date :- 29 Nov (Sat).
(b) Time :- 7 PM.
(c) Venue :- Cariappa Hall.
(d) Artist :- Mrs Geetha Jayaram well know singer for Retro Songs.
(e) Entry :- Free for Members.
8. 20 NOV (THU) @ 5:00 PM – RSAOI Book Club Meet at Cavalier. For more details contact Gp Capt AK Sachdev (Retd) at 9886957557.
9. TIPPING – Members are kindly requested to avoid direct tipping. Please use the QR codes placed at the Bars and Restaurants to transfer tips.
10. ADVISORY: –
(a) ODOMOS AND UMBRELLA: – Members are requested to carry their own Odomos and Umbrella while visiting RSAOI for functions and restaurants, because of Dengue / Malaria / Monsoon season.
(b) Members who do not possess an RSAOI Membership Card or Car Sticker will not be permitted to enter the RSAOI premises, including for visits to the CSD.
11. HAPPY HOUR: – Enjoy Happy Hour specials on Mondays and Thursdays.
12. WEEKEND SPECIAL: – 31 Oct (Fri), 01 Nov (Sat) & 02 Nov (Sun)
