Dear Members,
Brig Ranjeet Alva, SM, Offg Patron, Brig Jose Abraham, Vice Chairman, Lt Col Rajkumar Erangodath (Retd), Offg Secretary and Staff wish all Members and their Families a “HAPPY EASTER”.
CLOSURE INTIMATION– RSAOI, along with all its amenities, will remain closed on Friday, 03 April 2026, on account of Good Friday.
ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION 2026 – Members are requested to clear the Annual Subscription for the year 2026 before 31 Mar 2026 to avoid penalty.
APPRECIATION: – RSAOI expresses sincere appreciation and gratitude to Col Mario D’Monty (Retd) for his dedicated service for the past 5 years in RSAOI as Secretary.
His Commitment, professionalism and enthusiasm has contributed immensely to the improvement and efficient functioning of RSAOI. His contribution has left a lasting impact on the growth and development of RSAOI.
As he steps down from the appt of Secy, RSAOI we extend our heartfelt gratitude for his invaluable contributions and wish him continued success and fulfilment in all his future endeavours.
1. DURBAR EVENING: – RSAOI is org a sensorial musical evening by artist Niladri Kumaar. Details as follows: –
(a) Date – 04 Apr (Sat).
(b) Time – 7 PM to 10:30 PM.
(c) Venue – Cariappa Hall.
(d) Dress – Smart Casual.
(e) Entry Ticket: –
(i) Member and Dependent above 12 Yrs – Rs 200/- each.
(ii) Children below 12 Yrs no entry fee.
(iii) Guests are not allowed.
(iv) No Refund on tickets.
(v) Sale of Tickets through Membership Card only, Starts from 30 Mar 2026 (Mon).
(f) ENTRY TICKET INCL FOOD AND DRINKS.
(g) Beer and Wine on Payment.
(h) All the Bars, Restaurants and Sports amenities will remain closed on 04 Apr (Sat), for dinner.
(j) Membership card to be produced along with Entry Ticket to enter the Venue.
2. TAMBOLA –
(a) Tambola – 01 Apr (Wed) from 7:00 PM onwards at 50 Emgee.
(b) Bumper Tambola – 05 Apr (Sun) from 11:00 AM onwards at Cariappa Hall.
3. ENGLISH MOVIE – WARDRIVER
(a) STARRING – Dane DeHaan, Sasha Calle, Mamoudou Athie
(b) DATE & TIME – 02 Apr (Thu) – 6:30 PM.
4. HINDI MOVIE: – DHURANDHAR THE REVENGE (3H 50Min, The showtime has been adjusted to accommodate the length of the Movie).
(a) STARRING – Ranveer Singh, Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt.
(b) DATE & TIME –
(i) 05 Apr (Sun) – 3:00 PM. (Only one show on Sunday).
(ii) 06 Apr (Mon) – 6:00 PM.
(iii) 08 Apr (Wed) – 6:00 PM.
(c) ENTRY – NO ENTRY FEE FOR MEMBERS.
(i) To Reserve Call 7899134659 or 9900232500.
(ii) Vacant Seats will be on First Come First Serve Basis.
Note :-
(a) Online / Phone movie booking opens @ 4 PM on Wednesday.
(b) Guest Charge Rs 150/- per seat will be deducted from card.
(c) No cancellation within 3 hours.
(d) Non occupancy penalty Rs 200/- will be deducted from card.
(e) Movie Trailer can be seen by clicking Play button on the Poster.
(f) Ticket scanning is Mandatory, if not scanned before 15 min of Movie show time, penalty of Rs 200 will be charged.
(g) Members arriving after 6:15 PM may have their seats reassigned to waitlisted members.
5. ECM MEMBERS :- Veteran Members from Army, Navy, Airforce and Lady Veteran Offr who wish to be part of the Executive Committee Members (ECM) meeting can forward their names to RSAOI by email to info@rsaoibangalore.in .
6. SUB COMMITTEE FOR VARIOUS EVENTS / PROJECTS / DISCIPLINE: – For smooth functioning and to maint transparency volunteer Members are required for the following Sub Committees.

7. CAR STICKERS 2026: – The issuance of new car stickers has commenced on 15 March 2026 and will be valid from 01 April 2026 to 31 Mar 2028. Kindly return your old stickers. Details as follows: –
(a) 2 x four-wheeler sticker per Member – Rs 100/- each.
(b) 1 x two-wheeler sticker per Member – Rs 100/- each.
(c) Venue – RSAOI Reception.
