Dear Members,
Maj Gen VT Mathew, AVSM, YSM, GOC HQ K & K Sub Area, Patron RSAOI, Brig Ranjeet Alva, SM, Chairman, Brig Jose Abraham, Vice Chairman, Col Mario D’Monty (Retd), Secretary, Lt Col Rajkumar Erangodath (Retd), Assistant Secretary and Staff wish all Members and their Families a “77TH REPUBLIC DAY! JAI HIND!”.
NOTICE – RSAOI, including all amenities, will remain closed on 26 Jan 2026 (Mon), on account of the 77th Republic Day.
1. TAMBOLA –
(a) Tambola – 21 Jan (Wed) from 7:00 PM onwards at Cariappa Hall.
(b) Bumper Tambola – 25 Jan (Sun) from 11:00 AM onwards at Cariappa Hall.
2. ENGLISH MOVIE – THE RIP
(a) STARRING – Matt Damon, Ben Affleck, Steven Yeun
(b) DATE & TIME – 22 Jan (Thu) – 6:30 PM.
3. HINDI MOVIE: – BORDER 2 (4 Shows, 3H 20Min, The showtime has been adjusted to accommodate the length of the Movie, incase of demand by Members the movie will be screened next week also).
(a) STARRING – Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh
(b) DATE & TIME –
(i) 23 Jan (Fri) – 6:00 PM.
(ii) 24 Jan (Sat) – 6:00 PM.
(iii) 25 Jan (Sun) – 2:30 PM & 6:00 PM.
(c) ENTRY – NO ENTRY FEE FOR MEMBERS.
(i) To Reserve Call 7899134659 or 9900232500.
(ii) Vacant Seats will be on First Come First Serve Basis.
Note :-
(a) Online / Phone movie booking opens @ 4 PM on Wednesday.
(b) Guest Charge Rs 150/- per seat will be deducted from card.
(c) No cancellation within 3 hours.
(d) Non occupancy penalty Rs 200/- will be deducted from card.
(e) Movie Trailer can be seen by clicking Play button on the Poster.
(f) Ticket scanning is Mandatory, if not scanned before 15 min of Movie show time, penalty of Rs 200 will be charged.
(g) Members arriving after 6:15 PM may have their seats reassigned to waitlisted members.
4. SPECIAL KARAOKE EVENING – RSAOI is org a REPUBLIC DAY SPECIAL KARAOKE EVENING by Satyaprakash on 24 Jan (Sat) @ 7:00 PM at Band Stand.
5. VALENTINE DAY SANTHE – Valentine Day Santhe will be organised in RSAOI details as follows: –
(a) Date – 05 Feb 2026 to 13 Feb 2026.
(b) Stall booking charges Rs 3,500/- per stall (only one stall per member on first cum first serve booking).
(c) Amount will be deducted through membership card only.

(e) Note – Pitstop will not be used for Santhe.
6. ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION 2026 – Bill for Annual Subscription for the year 2026 raised. Members are requested to clear the same by 31 Jan 2026.
7. PAYMENT THROUGH RSAOI BENGALURU APP – Members can pay their Annual subscription through RSAOI Bengaluru App, steps as follows: –
(a) Select Member Ledger option.
(b) Subscription Amount will be shown as outstanding amount, Select PAY.
(c) Confirm your payment and click on Submit will be directed to Payment Gateway.
(d) Members are requested to Use UPI option to avoid transaction charges.
Note :-
(a) Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking and Wallet options have transaction charges which will be charged to Members.
(b) Copy of Subscription bill is available at Month Bill option.
8. PAYMENT THROUGH RSAOI BANGALORE WEBSITE :- Members can pay their annual subscription through www.rsaoibanglaore.in website, steps as follows: –
(a) Login using registered mobile no & Otp.
(b) Select View and Pay Bills.
(c) Select Member Ledger View.
(d) Check the outstanding amount shown or enter the amount and click on Pay.
(e) Confirm your payment and click on Submit will be directed to Payment Gateway.
(f) Members are requested to Use UPI option to avoid transaction charges.
Note :-
(a) Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking and Wallet options have transaction charges which will be charged to Members.
(b) Copy of Subscription bill is available at Month Bill option.
9. AUTO DEDUCTION:- Members with sufficient balance in their Smartcards/RSAOI Wallet may provide consent at the RSAOI Reception for automatic deduction of the Annual Subscription 2026.
10. LEAVE INTIMATION :- Secretary RSAOI will be on leave from 22 Jan 2026 to 26 Jan 2026. Members are requested to Contact Asst Secretary for any assistance.
