(a) 28 Dec (Sun) – RSAOI will open till lunch.
(b) 29 Dec (Mon) to 31 Dec (Wed) – RSAOI closed for Preparation of New Year Eve Ball.
(c) 01 Jan 2026 (Thu) – Closed for Financial Year closing and administrative purposes.
1. TAMBOLA –
(a) Tambola – 24 Dec (Wed) from 7:00 PM onwards at Cariappa Hall.
(b) Super Bumper Tambola prize money Rs 1,00,000/- on 28 Dec (Sun) from 11:00 AM onwards at Cariappa Hall.
2. CHRISTMAS BRUNCH –
(a) Date – 25 Dec 2025 (Thu).(Happy Hour not applicable for XMas brunch)
(b) Time – 12:15 to 3:30 PM.

(i) Venue – The Garrison Grill, The Palm & Cariappa Hall Laws only.
(ii) Seating Capacity – 480.
(iii) Menu –
(aa) Soup – Veg Corn Chowder Soup.
(ab) Salad Bar – Farfalle Pasta Salad, Som Tam Salad & Coleslaw Salad.
(ac) Main Course – Roasted Chicken in Brown Sauce, Cottage Cheese Florentine, Butter Garlic Parsley Veg, Baked Beans, Macaroni Bolognese Sauce, Veg Cutlets, Basil Pepper Rice, Assorted English Breads.
(v) Dessert – Plum Cake & Vannilla Ice Cream.
(e) Special Snacks –

(iii) Seating Capacity – 120.
(iv) Menu – Squid Rings, Crumb Fried Drum Sticks, Lobster Chilly Garlic Sauce, Bacon Wrapped Prawns, Full Roast Stuffed Chicken, Roast Turkey Balsamic Sauce, Roast Duck BBQ Sauce, Tandoori Veg Platter, Tandoori Non-Veg Platter.

(i) 26 Dec (Fri) – 6:30 PM.
(ii) 27 Dec (Sat) – 6:30 PM.
(iii) 28 Dec (Sun) – 3:00 PM. (No 6:30PM Show).
(c) ENTRY – NO ENTRY FEE FOR MEMBERS.
(i) To Reserve Call 7899134659 or 9900232500.
(ii) Vacant Seats will be on First Come First Serve Basis.
Note :-
(a) Online / Phone movie booking opens @ 4 PM on Wednesday.
(b) Guest Charge Rs 150/- per seat will be deducted from card.
(c) No cancellation within 3 hours.
(d) Non occupancy penalty Rs 200/- will be deducted from card.
(e) Movie Trailer can be seen by clicking Play button on the Poster.
(f) Ticket scanning is Mandatory, if not scanned before 15 min of Movie show time, penalty of Rs 200 will be charged.
(g) Members arriving after 6:15 PM may have their seats reassigned to waitlisted members.
4. NEW YEAR EVE CELEBRATIONS :- NEW YEAR EVE TICKETS OPEN FOR SALE.
(a) The rates of entry tickets (Limited Qty 2000) are as under: –
(i) Individual Tickets – Rs 800/-.
(ii) Guest / Non-Members / Reciprocal Members – Rs 2000/-.
(iii) Children below 12 Yrs – Entry Free.
Note: – Booking of Tickets open. NO REFUND.
(b) Tickets will include Snacks and beverages.
(c) Dinner will be optional for Members / Guest desirous to having dinner will have to ‘PRE BOOK’ their dinner. Details as follows: –
(i) Cost per person – Rs 500/- (Separate Coupon).
(ii) NO REFUND.
(iii) Last date to pre book dinner coupon – 28 Dec 2025.
(iv) Incase Member pre books dinner coupon after 28 Dec or later the rate for dinner will be Rs 600/-.
(v) Venue – Cariappa Hall from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
(d) Last date to book entry tickets – 30 Dec 2025.

Note –
(a) The Attendance has been capped (Limited Qty 2000) for ease of managing the event. The order of the mgmt to sell ticket on first cum first basis.
(b) Last date of sale entry Ticket – 30 Dec 2025 @ 6:00 PM. Thereafter no request will be entertained.
(c) Even on Tuesday Tickets can be booked by email, Mobile and Counter open.

5. ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION 2026: – Members are kindly requested to ensure adequate balance in their Smartcards/RSAOI Wallet and give consent at the RSAOI Reception for automatic deduction of the Annual Subscription 2026.
