RSAOI NEW YEAR EVE BALL 2025

Dear Members,

1. Please ignore the last message of New Year sale of Entry Tickets.

2. New Year Eve Ball 2025 revised entry tickets rates as under: –

(a) Individual Tickets – Rs 800/-.

(b) Guest / Non-Members / Reciprocal Members – Rs 2000/-.

Note: – Booking of Tickets open. NO REFUND.

3. Tickets will include Snacks and beverages.

4. Dinner will be optional for Members / Guest desirous to having dinner will have to ‘PRE BOOK’ their dinner. Details as follows: –

(a) Cost per person – Rs 500/- (Separate Coupon).

(b) NO REFUND.

(d) Incase Member pre books dinner coupon after 28 Dec or later the rate for dinner will be Rs 600/-.

(e) Venue – Cariappa Hall from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

5. Last date to book entry tickets (Limited Qty 2000) – 30 Dec 2025.

6. Booking opened at Reception counter / Tele / Email wef 17 Dec 2025 from 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM. Contact numbers as under: –

7. CHRISTMAS CAROLS –

(a) RSAOI is org Christmas Carols, details as follows: –

(i) Date – 20 Dec (Sat).

(ii) Time – 19:30 Hrs.

(iii) Venue – Band Stand.

(b) Xmas special Menu has been curated for the evening.

Note:- Patron and Management committee will be in attendance.
