4. LEAVE INTIMATION: – The Secretary RSAOI will be on leave from 25 Aug to 02 Sep 24.
5. NO JOINING OF TABLES IN THE NOOK AND THE PALM RESTAURANT :-
(a) Of late it has come to notice that large groups of Members are hosting parties by occupying different tables to avoid paying table charges. Later all Offrs stand in the empty space between the restaurant thereby disturbing the rest of the Members having their meals with their families.
(b) Place for such gathering has been earmarked behind the Palm restaurants toward Cariappa Hall. Any gathering over 10 Members will be considered as Banquet party and charged accordingly. This has the approval of the Mgmt.
6. ONAM SADHYA – There will be Onam Sadhya on 15 Sep 24 (Sun) from 1200h to 1500h at MPH. The Nook / The Palm will be closed for Lunch Session.
(a) Members kindly book in advance. Booking closes on 13 Sep (Fri) at 6:00PM to forecast and place orders to vendors accordingly.
(b) Bar / Snacks (Veg & Non-Veg) will be available in the MPH Lawns, on Payment.
(c) Menu – Salt, Pickle, Banana Chips (Two Types), Puli Ingi, Upperi, Olan, Kalan, Avial, Erishery, Pineapple Pachadi, Cucumber Kichadi, Red Rice, White Rice, Dal (Paripu), Ghee, Sambar, Rasam, Butter Milk (Sambaram), Pappadam, Palada Payasam, Wheat Pradhaman, Banan.

7. CAR PARKING FOR SENIOR VETERAN MEMBERS :-
(a) The area at the erstwhile Petrol Pump near Roth Guest rooms has been earmarked for Senior Veteran Members to park at this location while visiting the Canteen / RSAOI by taxis / Chauffer driven vehs.
(b) Members to ensure drivers are restricted to the parking area only and to avoid sitting at Pitstop or loitering in the premises.
(c) Veh can also be parked at Gate No 4.
(d) Private Taxis / Autos rickshaws will be charged Rs 50/-.
8. PLUCKING OF FLOWERS:- A lot of effort has gone into beautify and landscaping the premises of RSAOI. It has been observed by the staff that Members are plucking flowers / Saplings. Members are requested to refrain from doing so. Members are also requested to educate their wards especially young children to avoid walking on the flower beds thereby destroying the plants. As per Bye Law a penalty of Rs 3000 will be charged.
9. WELLNESS STUDIO – RSAOI is pleased to inform that the Institute has opened a Wellness Studio. Details as follows: –
(a) Power Yoga – Monday @ 5 PM by Mr Sudhanshu.
(b) Ashtanga Yoga – Wednesday @ 5 PM by Miss. Sneha.
(c) Pilates – Thursday @ 5 PM by Mr Karthikeya.
(d) Hi-Lo – Friday @ 5PM by Mr Pradeep.
(e) Strength – Saturday @ 5PM by Mr Udith.
(f) Sunday & Tuesday – Holiday.
(g) Charges – Rs 3,000/- per month Non-refundable.
10. ODOMOS AND UMBRELLA :- Members are requested to carry their own Odomos and Umbrella while visiting RSAOI for functions and restaurants, because of Dengue / Malaria/Monsoon season.
11. PITSTOP: – The Pitstop is totally functional with variety of food preferences to incl Chinese, Chat, Rolls, Momos, all South Indian dishes, Pau Bhaji, Samosas, Shawarma, Korean Chicken roast, soft drinks, Coffee, Tea, Ice creams etc. Please check the Menu for the day at the Venue.
12. WEEKEND SPECIAL: – 30 Aug (Fri), 31 Aug (Sat) and 01 Sep (Sun).
