(a) Guest Charge Rs 150/- per seat will be deducted from card.
(b) No cancellation within 3 hours.
(c) Non occupancy penalty Rs 200/- will be deducted from card.
(d) Movie Trailer can be seen by clicking Play button on the Poster.
(e) Ticket scanning is Mandatory, if not scanned by Movie show time + 30 Min, penalty of Rs 200 will be charged.

5. UPDATE: –
(a) Nominal Roll of volunteers for ECM & Sub Committee Member has been recd as on 31 May 2025. The same has been put up for approval of the Management. Names of Members approved will be intimated to the members concerned.
(b) Swimming Pool has reopened on 29 May 2025. Kindly follow the instructions of the Life Guard.
(c) RSAOI Side Wall work started on 30 May 2025. The side wall of RSAOI which was under the BMRCL has been returned to the SO (Land) HQ K&K Sub Area on 29 May 2025. Extension of car Park is in progress.
(d) Nook Restaurant, Indian and Chinese kitchen works in progress. Kindly cooperate, Inconvenience regretted.
(e) The grace period for paying yearly subscription is over. List of officers whose membership has been terminated has been intimated.
(f) Please adhere to the dress code for self, dependents and guest. NO RELAXATION OF THIS ASPECT. PL DO NOT CONTACT SECRETARY FOR WAIVER.
6. 70 YRS AND ABOVE CARD CHANGE : – Members those who have attained 70 Years are requested to change their card / category from Associate to Senior Associate at Main office. Kindly ignore if already done.
7. PIT STOP NOTICE: –
(a) It is been observed that Members are holding their private parties such as birthdays/Kitty parties in the PITSTOP. It is not permitted.
(b) Offr’s are also carrying the alcohol beverages to the Pitstop, it is contrary to the rules. The Pitstop is a food court.
(c) Offr’s have been requested not to use the Pitstop as their daily office. Members working for Civil Companies are conducting interviews of candidates in the Pitstop, besides conducting business meetings.
(d) All members must sign in their guests at the Pitstop.
(e) Members are entertaining their drivers and domestic help at the Pitstop. DRIVERS OR DOMESTIC HELP ARE NOT ALLOWED at the Pitstop.
Note – The above Mentioned is in the Bye laws and also has the approval of the Mgmt.
8. ADVISORY (ODOMOS AND UMBRELLA): – Members are requested to carry their own Odomos and Umbrella while visiting RSAOI for functions and restaurants, because of Dengue / Malaria / Monsoon season.
