(e) Ticket scanning is Mandatory, if not scanned by Movie show time + 30 Min, penalty of Rs 200 will be charged.
5. UPDATE: –
(a) Nominal Roll of volunteers for ECM & Sub Committee Member has been recd as on 31 May 2025. The same has been put up for approval of the Management. Names of Members approved will be intimated to the members concerned.
(b) Swimming Pool has reopened on 29 May 2025. Kindly follow the instructions of the Life Guard.
(c) RSAOI Side Wall work started on 30 May 2025. The side wall of RSAOI which was under the BMRCL has been returned to the SO (Land) HQ K&K Sub Area on 29 May 2025. Extension of car Park is in progress.
(d) Nook Restaurant, Indian and Chinese kitchen work in progress. Kindly cooperate, Inconvenience regretted.
(e) The grace period for paying yearly subscription is over. List of officers whose membership has been terminated has been intimated.
(f) Please adhere to the dress code for self, dependents and guest. NO RELAXATION OF THIS ASPECT. PL DO NOT CONTACT SECRETARY FOR WAIVER.
6. DRESS CODE IN RSAOI:-
GENTS
Lounge Suit / Combination / Safari Suit / National Dress / Full sleeves shirt with neck tie / Full / Half sleeves Shirt (Tucked in) with open collar / T-Shirts (with Collar), Trousers / Jeans. Leather Shoes with socks. Offrs’ wearing Keds / Sports Shoes will not be permitted.
Sikh Gentlemen (including boys above 15 years of age) must wear Turbans.
LADIES
Ladies (including young ladies) are requested to be appropriately dressed as per societal Norms and Culture. Shorts not permitted.
DRESS NOT PERMITTED IN RSAOI
(i) Collarless Shirts, T-Shirts without collars, Shorts, Short Shirts, Dhoti Kurta, Pyjama, traditional dresses, Sports Shoes and Sandals are not permitted. Shoes without socks not permitted.
(ii) Sikh Gentlemen are Not Permitted to Wear Patkas and Caps.
(iii) Wearing of Faded / Ripped / Torn Jeans by the Members, their Dependents and Guests is not permitted.
EXCEPTIONS / DO’S AND DONT’S
(i) While playing games and availing Health Club facilities, proper Sports Dress / Track Suit should be worn.
(ii) Saturday / Sunday. Dress code is relaxed for Saturday / Sunday lunch only except Pyjama, Kurta, Slippers and Torn / Ripped Jeans.
(iii) Members (both Gents and Ladies) and Dependent Children will not be allowed to visit RSAOI main building, and places other than Health Club, Sports / Games area in Sports Dress / Track Suit for availing facilities.
(iv) No Sandals will be permitted however Members who are medically exempted may wear Sandals with Socks which the Secretary may permit on a case-to-case basis. However, prior intimation about medical exemption needs to be given to the Secretary.
NOTE :-
(a) THE SECRETARY AND MEMBERS OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE ARE EMPOWERED TO ASK THE MEMBERS OR GUESTS TO LEAVE THE INSTITUTE IN CASE THEY VIOLATE THE LAID DOWN DRESS RULES.
(b) NO SHORTS PERMITTED FOR LADIES / GENTS.
(c) PLEASE ENSURE FOOTWEAR FOR LADIES / GENTS IS PROPER BEFITTING AN ARMY INSTITUTION.
7. ADVISORY (ODOMOS AND UMBRELLA): – Members are requested to carry their own Odomos and Umbrella while visiting RSAOI for functions and restaurants, because of Dengue / Malaria / Monsoon season.
8. SWIMMING POOL: –
(a) The Swimming pool has reopened on 29 May 2025. Since the pool was closed during the month of May 2025. Members will get an extension of Swimming pool Fee for a month. Members with Swimming pool cards only be allowed to enter their names in register.
(b) The new rates will be effective wef 01 Jun 2025, as given in the News Letter dt 21 May 2025.
(c) Instructions to be strictly adhered to by Members using the Swimming with imdt effect: –
(i) Before entering the pool register your name in the Register.
(ii) No Lifeguard No Swimming / No Card No Entry (Members will not leave the Card at swimming Pool).
(iii) Morning Time 6 AM to 10:30 AM, Evening Time 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM. (To be adhered to strictly).
(iv) No Member will be allowed entry before the stipulated time. Members are requested not to argue with the staff in this aspect.
(v) Children below 12 Yrs will be accompanied by Parents / Guardian and will not leave the Swimming Pool premises till the children are out of the pool.
(vi) Shower is a must before entering the Swimming Pool.
(vii) Members are requested to declare their medical category / issues such as: –
(aa) Hypertension
(ab) Heart Issue
(ac) Epilepsy
(ad) Cramps, etc.
Note: – Members not declaring such aliments will be entering the pool at their own risk. The RSAOI will not be responsible for any mishap. Refer Indemnity Bond.
(d) Please follow instructions of the Duty Staff / Life guards at the Pool.
(e) Members availing the facility of the Swimming Pool will produce the following to prepare swimming pool card: –
(i) Indemnity Bond
(ii) Medical Certificate
(f) Members bringing guests are responsible for the safety of the Guests. Members will accompany their guest to the Swimming Pool.
(g) No eatables are allowed inside the Swimming Pool.
9. REVISED SWIMMING POOL CHARGES WEF 01 JUN 2025:-
(a) Charges per Month: –
(i) Family of Four – Rs 800/- per month i.e Rs 200/- per indl.
(ii) Family of Three – Rs 600/- per month i.e Rs 200/- per indl.
(iii) Family of Two – Rs 400/- per month i.e Rs 200/- per indl.
(iv) Single Officer – Rs 250/-.
(b) Packages for One year: –
(i) Family of Four – Rs 9,200/- instead of Rs 14,400/-.
(ii) Family of Three – Rs 7,000/- instead of Rs 10,800/-.
(iii) Family of Two – Rs 4,600/- instead of Rs 7,200/-.
(iv) Single Officer – Rs 2,800/- instead of Rs 3,600/-.
(c) Rates for guests/Temp members will be the same.
Note: – Accordingly rates for 6 months will be proportionately be reduced.
