1. RSAOI Premises will be available only for Serving/Retd Offrs of Armed Forces and Def CGOs Offrs serving under the jurisdiction of HQ K&K Sub Area and paid out of Def Budget for hosting marriage reception, birthday parties and anniversaries for themselves and for their own children below 25 yrs and Course Get Together.
2. Member can host the parties like Birthday, Wedding Anniversary for their own blood relations i.e Parents, Dependent Siblings, Dependent Children above 25 Yrs, Grand Children and Family Get-Together.
3. Functions involving Nephews, Nieces, Cousins and other relationship are not permitted. Members will not sponsor business meeting / official parties and Functions.
