K & K SUB AREA GOLF CUP - The KKSA Golf Cup was conducted on 19 Nov (Sun). Maj Gen Ravi Murugan, AVSM, GOC HQ K and K SUB AREA, Patron RSAOI, Members & Staff of RSAOI congratulate Brig MRK Rajesh Panicker, VSM, Chairman, RSAOI for winning the KKSA Golf Cup, by standing first.
1. BUMPER TAMBOLA – Bumper Tambola on 25 Nov (Sat) from 7:00 PM onwards at MPH.
2. ENGLISH MOVIE – MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE – GHOST PROTOCOL

Note :-
(a) It is observed that members are reserving tickets in advance but absenting themselves without informing the reception there by denying other Members from watching the Movie.
(b) Henceforth members are requested to cancel their advance booking at least 3 hours before the commencement of the movie to enable the office to inform members in the waiting list. Members who arrive 15 Min after the commencement of the Movie their seats will be allotted to Members who have come to RSAOI in person for the movie. In case Members who have booked ticket in advance do not inform the office in time Rs 200/- per ticket will be charged as a penalty which will be debited from their Membership Card.
4. CHRISTMAS SANTHE – Christmas Santhe will be organised in RSAOI details as follows :-
(a) Date - 13 Dec to 23 Dec 2023.
(b) Stall booking charges Rs 3,000/- per stall (only one stall per member on first cum first booking. It is requested do not outsource the space).
(c) Amount will be deducted through membership card only.

5. XMAS CHILDREN PARTY – RSAOI is planning to host a children’s XMAS party, details as follows: -
(a) Date - 21 Dec (Thu).
(b) Time - 1530Hrs.
(c) Venue – MPH Lawn.
(d) Parents desirous to giving their children gifts please deposit at RSAOI Office by 18 Dec (Mon) 1600Hrs.
(e) Minimum strength required is 20 for conducting the event.

6. NEW YEAR EVE CELEBRATIONS :-

(b) Senior Associate / Lady Member / Ex Chairman / Ex Patron - Rs 5400/-.
(c) Gallantry Awardees– Rs 1800/-.
(d) Payment of Yearly Subscription through NEFT - Members can make payment through online as per details given below:-

8. ZUMBA / YOGA CLASSES - The str of the Yoga / Zumba classes have reduced from 10 Members to 4 Members, which is not enough to continue the classes for members. Besides Members who are not regular and requesting waiver of fees which is not agreed to, since the instructors have to be paid monthly. The mgmt. would also like to reiterate that there are ‘NO TRIAL CLASSES’. The aim of any amenity provided by RSAOI should be self sustaining. Request Offrs to info their Spouse/dependents. Zumba / Yoga classes details as follows :-

(b) Days - 05 Days a Week.
